2 tablespoonful of Cold Pressed Organic Coconut Oil recipe
2 tablespoons of Tomato Puree
3 whole Habanero Chillies
2 large Onions
3-4 large peeled Potatoes cut into quarters
1 litre of Water
1 large fresh Tomato
50g of smoked Tilapia pieces or smoked dried Shrimps
30g of fresh Basil leaves
Salt to taste
