*Papayas are rich in Vitamins A, C and E and do contain high levels of antioxidants.
The high level of antioxidants prevents the oxidation of cholesterol hence reduces the risks of heart diseases.
Papaya is also rich in folic acid , helps boost ones immune system, high in fibre and reduces inflammation of one’s digestive system.
Papaya also contains Copper, Magnesium and Potassium. With all the above benefits Papaya/PawPaw qualifies as my super fruit.
