250g of Strawberries
2 tablespoonful of brown sugar
20g of fresh mint
Pinch of Salt

2 large ripened Avocado

1 medium sized sun ripened Tomato

1 medium sized Red Onion

Half a teaspoon of Chilli flakes

1 medium sized Organic Cucumber

3 tablespoonful of natural Yoghurt

Fresh Mint

Salt and Pepper to taste

4 tablespoonful of Lime & Ginger Dressing
