1kg of Beef Shin or any Meat of your choosing
2 heaped teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu Anchovy Seasoning
1 teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu Dzolof Blend
1 levelled teaspoon of Buy Ndudu All Purpose Holy Grail Blend
2 Large Onions
2 litres of Water
2 tablespoonful of Tomato Puree
1 Large Tomato
3 Large Ramiro Peppers or 2 Large Red Bell Peppers
3 Bayleaves
3 Whole Habanaro Chillies
5 fresh Okra/Garden Eggs/Aubergine/ Carrot
