Let’s start the week with this easy to follow Hummus dip without using a blender.
Serve with Pita bread, Carrot sticks, Cucumber, Celery sticks etc
INGREDIENTS
250g of Cooked Chickpeas
2 tablespoonful of Sesame seeds
2 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoonful of Cumin seeds
2 tablespoonful of Natural Yogurt or the Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
4 tablespoonful of Extra Virgin Olive oil
Garnish with either smoked Paprika, cooked Chickpeas, Cumin seeds or Sumac
Salt to taste
