
Try this simple and equally tasty dish of baked Meat Balls sauce with either mash Potatoes, Rice or Spaghetti for dinner.
INGREDIENTS
SAUCE
2 Red Peppers
1 large Shallot or White Onion
1 teaspoonful of dried Organic Greek dried Oregano
3 large sun ripened Tomatoes
1 teaspoon of Olive oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 pods of Grains of Selim (Hwentia) optional
30g of grated Parmesan
Salt and Pepper to taste
MEAT BALLS
300g of minced meat
1 large finely diced Shallot
20g of chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon of dried Chilli flakes
1 teaspoonful of Organic Greek dried Oregano
2 tablespoonful of Olive oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
