Red Roast Pepper Abomu

Inspired by the Ghanaian Abom which is a sauce made in the local Asanka (Clay Grinding Bowl) is this roast Red Pepper version which is delicious.

To make this you’ll need;

INGREDIENTS 
1 large Red Pepper
1 large Onion
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu Koobi blend
1 Habanero Chiili / 10 Kpakposhito (Pettie Belle Chillies) – The amount of Chillies should suit your personal preference
Salt to taste
