Melon seeds have been used for Milk but not the Wild Melon seeds due to their slight bitterness.

Traditionally the wild Melon seeds locally known as WreWre in Ghana are used in making soup.
It’s imperative the seeds are toasted till their well cooked as undercooked seeds may cause an upset tummy

Wild Melon seeds are rich in Vitamins A, C, Potassium, Manganese and Zinc. A great plant based Milk packed with antioxidants and immune boosting properties

INGREDIENTS

30g of Ginger

250g of WreWre (Wild Melon seeds)

1 teaspoonful of Salt

50g of Dates

100g of Cashew Nuts

500ml of Waterbury ndudu
