How about this perfectly spiced and crunchy Okra Stir fry for brunch today?
Fill your body with some goodness and thank me later . To make this powerhouse of an Okra stir fry, you’ll need the following;
300g of Chopped Okra
2 large Banana Shallots or any Onion you have available
3 tablespoonful of Vegetable, Groundnut or Coconut oil
1 teaspoon of Chilli flakes
5 diced Green mild Chillies
60g of smoked dried Shrimps, Prawns or Crayfish
1 levelled tablespoon of Cumin seeds
5 Sichuan Peppercorns or 1 teaspoon of Aniseed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Best served with a bowl of Garlic fried Rice
