400g of Asparagus
2 large sliced Banana Shallots or Red Onion
100g of Bulgar Wheat / Fonio/ Quinoa/ Couscous
4 tablespoonful of Garlic Oil
100g of baby Plum tomatoes or Sun dried Tomatoes
30g of chopped Parsley/Basil/Coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
150ml of hot water
Zest of 1 Lemon and juice of half the Lemon
1 tablespoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Sugar
